With the introduction of our 5 Axis CNC Seiwa SX-15 Hobbing Machine, it has allowed us to manufacture Quality gears with a quick turn around.
The Sewia SX-15 has a max module of 4, with a max diameter of 220mm. Utilizing the Seiwa's High speed cutting, quick change tooling, and quick set up times, we are able to reduce overall hobbing costs. Which enables us to provide competitive gear cutting costs. |

New 4 Axis CNC Gear Shaper. This machine will expand our capacity to 8 Module - 3 DP with a 90 mm face width, and up to 320 mm Diameter external gears, and 220 mm internal gears.
